Profile grid, banner row, and carousel modes

Ordered ZIP with preview-check.png and posting-order.txt

Crop, zoom, safe guides, and first-tile checks before downloading

Split Instagram photos by the final posting job.

A profile grid, a banner row, and a carousel all need different order logic. The tool sets those defaults instead of asking users to calculate rows and columns.

  • Instagram photo splitter

Cut one image into square or portrait Instagram tiles without guessing the export order.

  • Profile grid

Use 3 x 3 or 3 x 4 when the final image should appear across your profile posts.

  • Banner row

Use 3 x 1 when one visual should stretch across the latest three profile posts.

  • Carousel panels

    Use 1 x 3 or 1 x 4 when the image should become a swipeable Instagram carousel.

Choose the Instagram result you want to post.

Select Profile Grid for a profile mosaic, Banner Row for one image across three posts, or Carousel for panels people swipe through from left to right.

Profile grid setup

Create one full canvas, upload it here, then use the profile mockup and posting-order ZIP to avoid the common reverse-order mistake.

Banner row setup

Use Banner Row when the image should span three profile posts. The ZIP starts with the rightmost tile because Instagram places newer posts on the left.

Carousel setup

Use Carousel when the image should be swiped. Panel 01 is the cover, and the ZIP follows left-to-right order.

Prevent the common order and crop mistakes.

Instagram profile rows, banner rows, and carousels do not use the same order. Check the final-use preview before exporting.

  • Use Profile Grid for 3 x 3, 3 x 4, or 3 x 5 profile mosaics.
  • Use Banner Row when the visual should span three profile posts.
  • Use Carousel when the visual should become swipeable panels.
  • Open preview-check.png before posting the exported files.
  • Keep text, faces, and logos away from tile boundaries.
  • Follow posting-order.txt instead of guessing from the preview.

Which mode should I use for profile grid vs banner vs carousel?

Are images uploaded to a server?

No. The split happens locally in your browser.
